Kyle L. Haning, 43, of rural Delavan, passed away at 2:12 pm Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born October 1, 1974 in Peoria to Keith and Carla C. Wurzburger Haning.
Surviving are his parents of rural Delavan; one sister, Carrie (Gerard Richardson) Haning of Los Angeles, CA; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harvey and Susan Wurzburger and his paternal grandparents, Park and Cleona Haning.
Kyle graduated from Olympia High School and from ICC with an associate degree in Agribusiness.
He farmed in the Delavan and Hopedale area with his father and was a vendor at local farmer's markets for many years.
Kyle was a member and served as an officer of Olympia High School FFA Alumni Association and was an active member and served as an officer of Tazewell County Young Leaders Group.
He was an avid sports fan, especially St. Louis Cardinal fan.
Cremation has been accorded. A memorial service will be at 10:30 am Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Living Hope Community Church in Hopedale. Pastor Roger Springer will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm Monday, also at the church. Burial will be in Mennonite Cemetery in Hopedale at a later date. Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Hopedale is handling the arrangements.
Memorials may be made to Olympia High School FFA Alumni Association.
